Oct 12, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is great hops-citrus/lemon zest. Taste is mild, great hops-citrus/lemon zest-some bitter, secondary medium malt/grain. OK/mild carbonation.

Golden yellow in color a tad lcoudy this might have been a swished keg before the pour. The hops where light in the aroma and the malts where just there. Liked the flavoor as this ws easier to drink than most. A small amout of Amarillo come through the beer and give some good flavors, This was a sweet finihs for a beer that should be more dry. Not bad but not the best.

Sep 24, 2007 9/22/07 On draught at Elysian AHA event. Aroma is cascade and grassy hops forward balanced with low sour malt. Appearance is hazy yellow with a low white head. Flavor is sweet malt with citrus earthiness balance. Mouthfeel is medium/low bodied with medium carb texture. Not bad, but just not too easy drinking.
