Cloudy orange color, thin weak head. Nice nose. Grassy citrus attack. Cean mellow finish. Yumm.

22 oz bottle courtesy of bvc. The pour is hazed golden orange with a 1/2 inch off white head that falls loosely. The aroma is a sharp citrus sweet bitterness, along with toasted malt grain. Perhaps a touch of floral present as well. The taste is floral, citrus peel bitter, and the toasted malt in the finish. The palate is medium to light bodied, lower carbonation level, and dry citrus peel bitterness in the finish. Nice IPA, thanks Brandon.

Bottle:   Labeled as "1 Hop Wonder IPA".   Dark straw, dirty and hazy, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Dull citrus and pith on the nose.   Similar on the tongue, soft bitterness, citrus peel and pith.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes with a pale hop to it, moderate citrus peel and a good amount of pith.   Not a bright, floral, or sweet example of the style.   Thankfully not overly bitter either.   Very much an average example.   Finish is very flat, dull, and without much spunk.

Brown sugar sweetness and butter on the nose. Perhaps some caramel and tangerine too. Canned tangerines though. Hazy orange pour with a thin bubbly head. Caramel and some sweetish fruity malts. Sweetness lingers, butter comes through. Hops tasted like dirt and are gritty and unpleasant. Malts are too sweet, almost cloying. Not to my liking.

Draft at the WABL 3rd anniversary party.
Sterling version.
Crystal clear dark amber. Loose, creamy tan head. Earthy, sugary, sweaty nose, with some caramel and mango there as well. Flattish, watery body. Sweaty, tangy, buttery, earthy, a little citric. Shame to say it, but it’s a mess.

Purchased at Harmon in Tacoma, WA--Poured a deep copper color with a medium/small white head. Great nose of Centennial hops balanced nicely by a favorable hop bill. Big, bold hops flavor that finished floral and bitter. Great!

Aroma – Deep Centennial Hop aroma. WOW this was hoppy and with good reason.
Appearance – Dark golden color, Hazy with a thin head.
Flavor – A great IPA flavor and with only one hop this was a great beer. This should be there IPA. The flavors where deep the malts where great a good overall beer.
Palate – Deep hops with a bitter finish, dry with a nice after taste.
Overall – What a great IPA and with one hop style the beer was a great beer and I will have this again.

GABF 2007: This one was 100% Centennial. Poured a hazy dark gold color with an off-white head. Light citrus hop aroma. Malty but a nice citrus hop though out. Light to medium body.

@Mountain Beerfest-on tap-pours a retaining light tan head and amber color. Aroma is nice, lots of cascade hops. Taste is lots of cascade (ok Glacier) hops-slight bitter, medium malt-some sweet. Mild carbonation. Taste not quite as good as the aroma.

Version 3 on tap at the brewery. Version 3 features Simcoe hops, and if you like that variety, you’ll love this beer. The hop profile is very balanced, and the body really holds it up nicely. This iteration is listed at 7 percent abv. I’d love to sample this cask conditioned.
