bitbucket (1477), Kirkland, Washington, USA Feb 4, 2008 Bomber, courtesy after4ever! Pours hazy amber with a lacy white head. Pine, caramel and butterscotch aroma. Sweet caramel taste with a dry piney finish. after4ever (1652), Brier, Washington, USA Feb 3, 2008 22. Slightly hazy light copper with a thick, light, and fluffy white head. Awesome messy lace. Big piney, weed-like nose. A little bit of butterscotch there on the nose, too, which is a shame. Lightish, somehwat flat and watery body. Caramelly, butterscotchy mid-palate. Fairly neutral finish. Somehow fairly drinkable despite the indifference shown on brew day. Such a bummer about these light styles--any little oversight in temp control or anything else will show up, and not too many brewers really get wound up to do a great job on them. wondrtim (19), Lakewood, Washington, USA Jan 24, 2008 cloudy carmel color with a nice white head that doesn’t overstay it’s welcome, smell of sharp citrus hops. citrus bite. orange peel and lite sour notes. easy to drink. i’m proud to say that i’,m from the same city in wich this is brewed!!! Bradrcr (532), Renton, Washington, USA Jan 7, 2008 12/9/07 Aroma is hop forward with c-hops and a good sweet malt balance. Appearance is a slightly hazy light copper with almost no head. Flavor is quite sweet, with a honey-like malt blend balanced by a slightly earthy bittering for a great contrast. Mouthfeel is very smooth with a moderate carb bite and semi-sweet finish. Overall, nice balance and contrasts, easy drinking. jcwattsrugger (3757), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 12, 2007 on tap-pours a thin retaining white head that laces and hazy/cloudy yellow color.
