3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 puzzl (3172) - New York, New York, USA - APR 21, 2009
Bottle shared by someone, don’t know who. Grapefruity passionfruit aroma. Bitterish. Flavor is very fruity, bitter up front and in the end but overall extremely fruity, mostly tropical styles. Very sweet in the flavor. Fairly average, and a bit tough to drink, I’m not too crazy about this.
4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 Cletus (6177) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 24, 2009
Bomber courtesy of scrizz. Pours copper with a generous, creamy white head. Smells of perfume, wildflowers, funky, citrussy, grassy, earthy. Tastes of citrus, tarte, grassy, some perfumy hints. Dry finish. Excellent!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark gold with a large white head. Great creamy coating. Good hop green grassy aroma. Big grapefruit taste. A good brewpub IPA standard.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 hopdog (7651) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 17, 2009
22oz bottle acquired in trade with riversideAK (thanks!). Poured a deep and cloudy golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of earthiness, citrus, and some pine. Tastes of citrus, a lighter earthiness, toasted malts, and some caramel. More hoppiness in the aroma with the tastes a little more balanced.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 cprochak (590) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 1, 2009
Bottle from Bottleworks. Pours a very nice dark gold with cream colored head. mild hops (hence my higher rating) that finishes very smoothly. Maybe not a great IPA by traditional standards, but it works for my tastes.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 riversideAK (5404) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JAN 16, 2009
Aromas of funky herbals, cat box, light pine, and biscuits and sweetish bread. Pours a hazy golden with lots of big bubbles and great lacing. The flavor is hoppy towards a garlic kind of thing, fresh leafy vegetables, pine, and some more cat box too. Maybe some weed. But mostly garlic and vegetables. Still it is not in a bad way. It is just a funky ass hoppy IPA. Malts are minimal but somewhat dry and biscuity with a light sweetness too. Lingering garlic hops. Not bitter, but you can tell they are there due to a stanky resonating presence. Pretty interesting and actually way better than my review makes it sound.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 explosivebeer (36) - Washington, USA - SEP 25, 2008
Sampled at the Harmon Brewery. This one was a hazy light amber color, bursting with hop flavor. It had moderate bitterness and a light, sweet hop aroma with some citrusy hop body and a great, balanced finish. Overall it was very tasty, and probably top on my list for future visits.
3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 biz82 (1328) - austin, Texas, USA - APR 10, 2008
Awesome aroma with flowers, peach, grapefruit, mango, some grassiness, a little soap, some herbal notes. Well carbonated and dull blush with a huge rocky white head. Peachy in flavor with a dried fruit character. Lean in body but spritzy. Kinda reminds me of a hopped up Belgian pale ale. Distinct.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Bradrcr (808) - Renton, Washington, USA - JAN 7, 2008
12/9/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is excellent, sweet, with good bits of resin and freshly cut grass well blended together. Appearance is clear gold with a low white head. Flavor is fairly smooth for the style with medium bittering and a lightly earthy resin note. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with slight creaminess and a medium carb feel. Overall, fairly good, with a simple flavor profile and low harshness for an IPA.
