22 oz bottle. Dark brown, almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, caramel and some light vanilla. Flavor is bitter roasted malt with espresso that lends a slight acidity. Medium to full body with mild carbonation and a dry bitter finish. This is a very nice stout, more on the roasty bitter side.

Bottle:   Black, large fluffy tannish head, nice lacing.   Rich roasted malt aroma, a bit hoppy too.   Seems Porterish to me.   Faint apple skin and dark malts, roasted, on the tongue.   Seems more stoutish on the tongue than the nose suggested.   Faint dark pitted fruit, roasty, a bit of hops are present.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Straight forward roastiness on the finish, a little fig/date, and some hop bitterness.   Seems like a good straight up Stout.   Nothing off, and also nothing out of the ordinary.   Well made tho!   Could use a slightly heftier body, but as is it drinks fairly smooth.

Ruby black color with tan head. Dark dry roast, black coffee, mild chocolate aromas. Medium bodied. Lightly sweet dark chocolate flavors with some black coffee, deep roast malt bitterness to balance--good
