3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Harmony taproom. Part of a sample flight. Pours an amber apple cider color. Spicy aroma. Very minimal head with no just a tiny amount of lacing. Sweet spicy flavor. Much lighter then other belgians that I’ve had. Nice very easy drinking session beer at very low alcohol content.

Draft sample. Poured hazy amber color with medium off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium tart fruit and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Complex drinkable brew.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep amber with small head. Described as "Trappist", but I don’t detect a lot of that element, but this is a nice brew. Malty, but not sweet.
