3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a dark amber color with minimal white head. Aroma was dark fruit and a little yeasty. The flavor was a little sweet and a slightly hoppy finish. Not bad.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tasted on tap at the Harmony Brewing Company in Grand Rapids. Blandish, too malty for my taste, but good balancing hops.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Growler thanks to mikem409: Poured a reddish orange with thin white bubble head, that dissipated fast. Aroma is strong boozy dark fruits and caramel malts. Taste is nice fruit and very yeasty, there is a nice sweet stickiness to it. A bit flat from its travel but still a good beer.

On draft at brewpub. Bland in most respects. Light brown color. Not a favorable version of most abbey dubbels.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pint at the brewpub, two fingers tan head with mostly opaque red dark brown color. Yeast on the nose, slight fruity note, some grass. Medium body, good carbonation. Slight hop bitterness, we’ll balanced, yeast flavors lack what a typical begin style has, but there is still a nice sweet fruit flavor to it. Good beer.
