I had much higher expectations for this beer, but maybe it was because i drank it after a couple darks, but it tasted like Heineken to me

Good, a little on the plain side, not a whole lot of flavor, but what it does have is crisp and refreshing.

Head dissapates quickly, and looks lightish. A smooth drinkable brew, the way a good lager should be.

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2003 I recall this being better before it was made in Canada. Maybe it's just my imagination. RERATE 11/12/03: Weak nose, with a bit of malt, golden body, smallish head receding quickly. Hmmm, this is actually pretty drinkable, with a medium-sweet fruity body, a hint of the hop, and a fruity finish. What happened? I haven't had this beer in two years, and back then it was nasty and metallic, with a harsh, grainy body. This is actually pretty decent today. A little too sweet for the style, but certainly drinkable.

Very disappointing beer from a supposedly world renound brewer. Terrible aftertaste and not very smooth or satisfying. If youíre going to spend this much, get a Bass.
