Draught: Typical pilsner look: white head on top of a clear light yellow golden body. Smell is also pretty typical but just a little more bad than a regular pilsner. Something distinctive makes it less drinkable. Kind of a regular pilsner.

Golden simple pilsner appearance. The smell is simple pilsner, just like the taste. The beer has a little more sweetness than most Pilsner beers. Nice to quench the thirst, not very special.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a strong malt aroma Appearance- Resembles any BMC style beer on the market. Taste- A very watery flavored beer Palate- A light bodied beer with moderate carbonation Overall- A disappointment for me. I remember this being a much better beer years ago.

Pale golden color with a small white head. Light grain aroma. Flavor of grassy hops and a it of sweet malt. Pretty heavily carbonated with a crisp feel and a clean finish, It’s easy drinking and goes down good but there isn’t really much to it. you could do worse though and I definitely would take another..

12 fl oz Flasche. Klar und golden. Kleine Schaumkrone. Ein Lager der besseren Art. Voller, milder Geschmack.

Pretty standard crappy lager. Grassy, grainy, a touch of malt maybe. Best in a black and tan…Course then you could just have the guinness.

Old rating. Bottle from Old Town. Not much aromas or flavor but thats not a bad thing for the style. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Clean and smooth finish. Better than the comparable macros.

This beer, like many others has been DESTROYED! I am SO, so sick of companies and their ’bottom line’ mentality at the sake of sincerity! The image of this beer as illustrated is already two generations old. This used to be an EXCELLENT all around session Lager, light years ahead of many others domestic and imported. They watered it down several years back when they went to the green labels, and unfortunately it YET AGAIN, has been watered down, and made with cheaper ingredients further with it’s new packaging. It still has better flavor then like Miller High Life and other U.S. domestic junk, but it’s a far cry from what it used to be. Subsequent generations will never know how really good this beer was. Sad...
