Oct 11, 2006 On tap at Harper’s. Light orange body, thin off-white head. Cerealy, dry body with grassy hops and hints of caramely sweetness. Rather insubstantial.

Oct 10, 2002 Clear dark copper body with minimal head. Aroma is malty, but not as caramelly as I expected. Just as I took a sip, I got a whiff of hearty toastiness. The flavor is strongly malty (caramel and toasty), but accented with healthy bitterness. Quite full bodied, especially for an Oktoberfest.
