Aroma holds a good bit of fruity citrus elelments and a grainy/hoppy presence that is whole some and inviting. Body is a lightly hazy yellow-orange and supports a lasting, finger thick, creamy white head. Medium bitterness in the fore includes lemon zest notes and is followed by a hearty malt base that is very bready and full feeling on the palate. Bitterness is maintained all the way to the finish where it lingers and is punctuated by notes of citrus, lemongrass and sweet bread. Very enjoyable brew with no real bad areas.

This kellerbier pours a orange gold color from a 750ml bottle, Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral. Medium bodied keller/zwickel. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are citrusy and bitter. Lots of grapefruit and grapefruit rind. Nice balance. Smooth taste. Decent beer, Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a hazy amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left sparce lacing on the glass. Aroma of nuts, citrus, lemongrass, lightly sweet caramel, and a toasted douginess. Bready, yeasty, light citrus, grassy, with sweet toffee and a moderate bitterness.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I hate Harpoon for making these beers. I know there is a huge chance I wont like them (I only liked the alt I think) but I cant stop myself from buying them to at least try it. Poured a moslty clear (should be hazy shouldnt it?) deep gold with a thin diminishing head. Aroma is herbal and spicy hops, along with a light muted-out bready old pils mlat which may be slightly oxidized. Flavor is herbal and mostly bland with light malts, and more light oxidation. Watered down mouthfeel with no real body or malt presence. Meh.

My first of the style. Had lots of earthy aromas and flavors, and that lager style aroma as well. flavor is bitter, earthy, yet curiously IPA-like hops. interesting...

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A dark orange appearance with a white head. A faint lemon aroma with a slightly bread presence up in your nose. The flavor is slight bitter with a dry dustiness. Some spiced fruit and lemons can be found. Good beer for summer.
