A nice dark golden ale with a thin white head. Pleasant cinnamon wheat aroma, candy like. In mouth, a sustained graininess, malt, fresh mash, sustained bitterness. Much better than their other offerings. Served at room temp. On tap at Mahars, Albany, May 31, 2008.

22oz bottle. Poured a medium orange color with a very large sized off white head. Aromas of rye breadiness (that came out the more it warmed), very lightly spicy, and I was getting some citrus in there too. Tastes of some rye (not as strong as the aroma), spicy, and some lighter sweetness.

On draught at Bodega, thanks to JaBier for sharing. This beer is a reddish-orange color with a thin white head that fizzes away steadily. Thin rings of lacing. Grainy malt and hops in the nose. Medium body with a moderately hoppy character. Some doughy malt flavor and very little rye is evident. The finish is malty with a light bitterness on the back end. Just averaage overall.

On tap at Piecasso in stowe, VT. Nice damn beer. Orange-amber pour wtih a smallish head. Aromas are malty and grainy(shocker, i know) Flavor is sweet malty, and the rye really adds a cool flavor. I get some hops and some spice. Well crafted.
