Bottle shared by B3C. Poured clear dark copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate citrus wheat and maple aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Refreshing balanced sweet brew.

A golden amber ale with a thin moka head. Aroma of fruity esters, bubblegum and light maple notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet banana with light nuttyness, maple, lightly oily moutfeel. Medium bodied. On tap ate ROC Empire Brewfest, Feb. 19 2011.

Raft. Clear dark amber color. Aroma of caramel toffee. Taste is very malty raisins with a touch of port wine. Nice.

Deep amber beer with a thick white head. Aroma is god-awful. Slightly rancid with cooked corn, wheat and sweet sticky spoiled oranges. Cloying sugary sweetness. I don’t get any maple, but I do get about another 21 oz of shit I can’t drink. It’s been awhile since I dumped something, but I couldn’t think of a crappier beer to give the dishonour to.
