2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
From a large format bottle, poured into a pint glass. Poured a light amber with practically no head. Not much to speak of aroma-wise. First taste had hints of the spcies generally found in ryes, but very muted. I found this to be a disappointment, especially given how much I like Rye beers. It has none of the pronounced bite or fruit that can come with other Rye PAs (see, Founderís Redís RyePA or Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye). It is not that iit is a bad beer, it just is very flat and fairly uninteresting.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - Pours a clear golden with a creamy head. Citrus aromas of peach and pineapple, nice. Aromas continue in the taste followed by rye notes, bitterness, and a dry finish. Fairly complex, interesting and enjoyable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours the usual IPA medium brown with a white head. The nose is rye spice. The taste is accentuated by the rye - spicy with a backbone of malt.

12 ounce bottle pours a golden in color with a hint of orange moderate creamy off-white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is floral and Piney but subdued. Highly carbonated with a nice malt backbone. Nice flavored easy drinking IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
From backlog. Bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with a small head that quickly fades. Aroma is spicy and floral with a hint of citrus. Taste is smooth with lots of spicy , floral, and citrus hops. Some pine too. Psicy rye bread finish. Alittle dry but pretty refreshing. Solid rye ipa.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle with no mention that it was a 100 barrel series on the label. Best buy date was a couple of months before I drank this even though I just purchased it from the store a few days ago. Not sure it had anything to do with the past best by date but I was a little disappointed with this one. Pretty average IPA with the rye flavor masking most of the other flavors. Itís just OK.

Great for lovers of a good, bitter IPA. Pours hazy gold with a thin head. Beautiful fruity flowery aroma, nice bitter taste on the front and a solid aftertaste. Not too complex but a solid IPA with a tasty rye flavor
