COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ken Hermann has taken our exploration of – and adoration for – the IPA style in a completely new direction. With notes of orange peel and coriander, the soft mouthfeel reminiscent of a Belgian wit, and the hop additions of Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade, he strikes a delicate balance between two disparate styles while showcasing the characteristics of both. It’s a refreshing take on a new style, and we hope you enjoy it! Cheers.

Bottle bought in Boston. Fruity sweet aroma. Really nice. Murky orange with white head and artistic lace. Citrus aspect in the flavor. Reminds me a bit of Town Hall Mango Mama IPA. Full bodied and refreshing. Excellent.

Hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat and hop notes, with some orange and pine coming through. The flavor is very similar. I get some light bitterness, as well as some orange, pine, wheat and a hint of lemon. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Poured from bottle into a tulip glass. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with an initial small white head that eventually fades. Light lacing remains on the glass. Aroma is is hoppy contrasted with orange and subtle spices. Floral Amarillo hop bite is up front and lingers along with spices that linger as well. High carbonation that leaves a bite on the roof of the mouth.

More spicy than citrusy. The coriander and bitterness of the orange peel is pretty apparent. Appearance of a typical wit. Ike and Amandine brought this one up with them for Christmas 2012.

About a 1 inch thick head of bright white bubbles of varying sizesNice hoppy aroma with some lemon grass, oranges, dusty malts and some yeasty and wheat aromas. Color is a hazy golden orange. Lively in the mouth with good effervescence. More lemon and oranges that provide a strong and slightly tart bitterness that makes the mouth salivate. Light grainy wheat and yeast flavors along with a bit of chalkyness. Lingering lemon and floral hops that ends in dryness. A pretty good IPA with a bit of a different mouthfeel.

22 oz bottle: Pours a hazy yellow, nice white head. Piney, citrus hop aroma, slightly grassy. Taste of citrus hops, light spice. Slightly hazy. Nice hop profile and belgian yeast finish.

Big bottle, poured a hazy orangish gold color with a frothy 1 and half finger head. Aroma of pretty fresh hops, smells like cascade hops and simcoe with good citrus notes. Medium light on the bitterness. A nice texture, kind of creamy feel. A light, refreshing IPA. Reminds me of a session ipa. Pretty good.
