COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ken Hermann has taken our exploration of – and adoration for – the IPA style in a completely new direction. With notes of orange peel and coriander, the soft mouthfeel reminiscent of a Belgian wit, and the hop additions of Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade, he strikes a delicate balance between two disparate styles while showcasing the characteristics of both. It’s a refreshing take on a new style, and we hope you enjoy it! Cheers.

Hazy rich gold color. Frothy, foamy white head. Bitter citrus aroma with a bit of mustiness. Sharp bite and good beer character. However inconsistent harpoon is, the flavor is grapefruit, Belgian yeast, and bitter with a dry character, but the finish is wet.

Pours a hazy toffee-orange color. Aroma is a brilliant bouquet of floral hops and citrusy goodness. Flavor is good and strong with a full hop assault. The orange peel really brings out the citrus in the hops. Beautiful.

bottle, from Triangle Wine... ok aroma, sweet. minor spice. citrus, coriander. Tad hazed golden orange color, ok head that faded quick, spotty lace. bitter sweet flavor. light body, oily light creamy mouthfeel, bitter dry finish. Why, why do I keep getting these 100 barrel beers, I mean it’s fine, but so weak overall, aroma weak, flavor weak. maybe the dullest yet for me in this white ipa catagory....well, if nothing else I get one more rating for my home state....

Bomber. Pours a hazy light golden with a white head looking very much like a typical white beer. Likewise the aroma is very white beer like until you take a sip and then - POW! - it’s definitely an IPA with a nice coriander flavor adding to the citrus and pine.
