Oct 9, 2009 22 ounce bottle from Sam’s Quik Shop in Durham, NC. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bread, banana, maple, yeast. Taste is biscuity, bread, dough, light maple notes and a yeasty, fruity finish. Medium bodied with firm carbonation.

Sep 24, 2009 Pours very clear light amber with a fizzy disappearing head. Aroma is like a banana laffy-taffy™ and not much else. Taste is light wheat, not much spice, nothing unpleasent but weak overall. Light body, bready finish with maple.
