2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow with a small white head that falls off remarkably fast, comprised of fat soda sized bubbles. Alcohol, decomposing apples, and a bit of champagne yeast on the nose. Medicinal and metallic, cloyingly sweet, and tasting like a baked rotten apple, and almost flat and syrupy. Finishes with a little more of that old apple flavor. Not very good.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours the color of champagne and has a little, fizzy head. Aromas are straight apple juice. Flavor is over the top apple juice with a little bit of an alcohol presence. This is much better than feared.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle at ’Cole’s Rare Beer Fest’, Buffalo, NY. Pours a very pale clear yellow, almost white, with a spare white head. Clean aroma of apples -- smells alright, better then I expected. Simple, slightly watery, sweet apple flavour. Lightly carbonated. Average bodied. Not great but surprisingly pretty decent.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Where did this come from in the middle of Cole’s Rare Beer fest? Watery yellow, no head. Odd aroma but eventually some apples come through. Watery taste but again, some granny smith apples eventually come through. Um, ok, but I am still confused how I had this at this fest :)

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Coles – Rare Beer Festival
Appearance: pale gold, clear almost crystal like look , ring of head at edges .3-
Nose: papierowka apple aroma that is rare now days in world of overly sweet red apples. True base apple.8-
Flavor/Palate : medium light bodied. Very clean, down to earth apple character. Drinkable solid cider. Highly underrated.
