Pouring at the Night of the Barrels on the Friday night of EBF 2012. Pours a clear golden amber with a medium sized beige head. Smooth toast, sugar maple. Medium bodied, toast, and a touch of bitterness. Grain, malt, and toast. Grainy sweetness with more maple. Interesting.
