COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed using locally-grown cranberries, this beer captures the spirit of a true New England Thanksgiving: the harvest celebration and the sharing of food amongst friends. Fermented with a traditional ale yeast that lets the cranberries provide the signature aroma, this beer is balanced by the ‘bready’ notes of the Vienna and Munich malts.

12/03/13 RAK gift from Jodi. By no means was this a bad beer; it just didn't have much of a flavor. No cranberry presence. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a bottle. Pours reddish copper brown with a thin white head and lots of lacing. Tastes like malt and cranberry. Just barely tart. Dry chalky feel. Medium body and low carbonation. Smells like malt, grains, and very mild berries.

Really wanted to like this, but it was almost a pour. Its redemption was, as it warmed it became tolerable. Nice nose. Cranberry soda at first. Warming brought out a bit of pleasant malt. Still, a dud.

Bottle. Enjoy by: 01/15/14. A clear ruby pour with a thin beige head. Cranberries, wheat, cereal grains, and light caramel in the aroma. Goes down thin and crisp. Wheat and sweet cereal grains start things off taste-wise. Just a tad white bready in the middle. An estery cranberry sweetness/tartness follows. Some sour lemons are present at the end. Overly sweet throughout. Not too impressive on its own, but might actually accompany a turkey dinner quite nicely...

Bottle at home. Pretty, deep amber hue. High, bone white head. Dried cranberry Craisins on the nose. Fruity, acidic, tasty. Tart, grainy, lagerish finish, with mouth drying, red wine like tannins. Perfect to pair with roast turkey, gravy, sweet potatoes.

12oz bottle. Light brown color. Aroma of tart fruit, cereal malts. Tastes of beer with hints of cough medicine. Not great. Finishes like a poorly made Brown Ale. Kinda awful. (3867)

bigguns 22 has done a fine job rating this one as i would concur with everything bigg has to say. though i don’t see it quite as good but the jist is there and it seems redundant to repeat everyhing.
