3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dark brown-amber with a modest cream colored head that laces just a bit. Aroma of nuts, bready malt, earth and light cranberry. The taste is malty with some cranberry sweetness and tartness and a very mild bitterness. Medium bodied, very slightly dry. Overall, pretty decent, the cranberry is quite mild and serves as more of an accent than a primary element.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 3/19/12
Aroma: It has something cranberry-like that isnít exactly cranberry and something that is very medicinal (Robitussin?), the cranberry Robitussin overpowers anything else that may be present in the nose here...
Appearance: It pours a transparent reddish-amber color with a small off-white head and no lace
Flavor: The taste, much like the nose, is a rather unusual combination of sweet and medicinal
Palate: Light bodied, with average-to-soft carbonation, a cloying stickiness, and an unpleasant finish
Iím sure this stuff would have made for great medicine in Chris Rockís house, but as beer it didnít work at all. No íMo Tussin Beer, and since I donít have anything else to say about this one:
"l broke my leg, Daddy poured Robitussin on it. Yeah, boy, let that ítussin get in there. Yeah, boy, let that ítussin get on down to the bone. The ítussin ought to straighten out the bone. ltís good. If you run out of ítussin, put some water in the jar, shake it up, MO íTUSSIN!"

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle (thanks mike67). Pours a reddish amber with a medium short lived white head. Aroma of caramel malt and sweet fruity spices and esters. Taste is same as aroma with some tart cranberry flavor. Palate is good medium body, carbonation is good. Finish is sweet caramel malt followed by some lingering fruity tartness, cranberries and touch of nutty aftertaste. Overall a descent showing for a fruit beer. Nice holiday brew

Wow. I usually donít care for fruit beers, but if found this one REALLY offensive. Smells like robotussin cough syrup. Tastes worse. Very fake fruity tartness. Drainpour.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Nice deep dark copper coloured body with a deep amber and almost brown glow and a thin, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of malt, sugars, lemons, raspberries, citric acid, caramel and a bit of cranberries - not too potent on the fruit here. Medium-bodied; Assertive malt and caramel flavour at first with a hint of fruit and grapes near the end with only the smallest hint of cranberries at all here. Aftertaste is more thin than the initial taste and very one-dimensional - some malt and a touch of sugars, not much else. Overall, not such a great beer and missing a great opportunity to have a nice beer to pair with anything related to Thanksgiving. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliverís Beverage in Albany, New York on 18-November-2011 for US$2.35 sampled at home in Washington on 19-January-2012.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 ounce bottle - $1.29 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia. Best By: 02/15/12.
Appearance: Pours a clear, golden-mahogany body with a small, whipped, bone white head.
Smell: A simple nose of oven-toasted bread crusts atop a faintly tart fruit accent that isnít immediately identifiable as cranberry.
Taste: Bready, toasty Munich malt with a light incorporated caramelesque sweetness to it. A sip of subtly tart cranberry juice, thatís all. Very little in the way of hops or bitterness. Drying, minutely fruity, malty finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Harpoon played it safe with the cranberry here, but, maybe they just didnít want a Cranberry Lambic on their hands.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark caramel color with a medium sized foamy beige head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was faint tart berries and a touch of nutty malt. The flavor was nutty and a touch roasty with a faint vague tart berry note and a sour tangy finish. Medium body. Disappointing.
