I had this beer a while back and from what I can remember I enjoyed it. I’ve had this at the pub/brewery so it was fresh. Nothing special about it is popping into my head at the moment.

On tap, pours a clear bronze with a thin white head, the aroma is of hops with some floral notes, the flavor has a slight hop bite but not much there, not great but not terrible.

Bottled. A orange beer with a lasting white head. Aroma is hoppy, floral and pine. Taste is a little sweet with caramel notes. Bitter finish. A good IPA with a good balance.

Had this on tap in the brewery. Actually was able to taste it ’green’ before it was force carbonated straight from the conditioning tank. Immediately followed up with a finished version of the same beer on tap. (These extra tastings bump up my appearance rating) I do declare, the finishing makes a big difference. The green beer was fully flat (pre force carbonation) and unfiltered, and I am glad they have those last two steps. Slightly bitter taste, but not quite as overdone as some other IPAs. Either I’m starting to warm to IPAs, or they wooed me with the brewery experience, or this beer is pretty decent.

Opague bronze, thin white head, medium body, medium carbonation.

aroma: pale and lightly toasted malts, leafy floral hops, and a hint of bready yeast.

Taste: caramel malt, leafy hops.

Nicely balanced, and adhering to the more traditional representation of the style. I thought it had a rather english hop profile, and would not have guessed that it was cascade.

Clear copper pour with a fairly frothy white head. Zingy carbonation. Mild floral nose of fresh grass, light citrus and some skunkiness. Flavor is initially bready with soft hints of brown sugar....followed in the middle by dried grapefruit rind and herbs....finishes bitter with a kind of metallic, wild weed skunkiness. Decent...maybe worth a couple in a build your own sixer.

12 oz bottle from Publix - Dark yellow with a quickly disappating white head. More malt aroma than hops. Not an overwhelming hops flavor, either. Passable, but not something I’d seek out.

Bottle- Pours a clear copper colorwith a good head that fades to some lacing. A nice mixture of citrus & malt aroma with a bit of fresh grain. Not overpowering. A mild taste of malt & citrus. A clean bitterness and a crisp finish. Medium body, quite smooth and refreshing. A well balanced brew. Very enjoyable, a good IPA that is not overhopped or overhyped. Check it out.
