Pours a clear amber. Smells of resin, biscuits. Taste is sweet and moderately bitter - clean bread malts with a pine and floral hop finish.

01.03.2015. 22 fl. oz. Bottle. Morton Williams, New York. Golden yellow colour with white head. Aroma of fresh hops. Not very bitter. This beer is quite soft with a nice balance between bitterness, malt and body. Good flavours of hops. Grassy, fresh and with notes of spruce and juniperus. Aftertaste is also kind of soft with medium bitterness and a fresh floral dry bitterness. This is a very soft IPA. But it tastes good, so then....

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is a solid ipa. It’s pretty easy to drink but nothing really stands out flavor wise. That being said I still like it personally

Ok not rating as if an IPA. This beer is awesome. A great pale ale. No imperfections real crisp nice hops nice little malt profile, a beer you can drink forever and not dislike everything. Sorry for all you haters this is so drinkable bday in and day out. Period.

A nice light hoppy citrus taste. A good brew for a nice spring day. I reminds me more of a Pale ale, but still a good beer.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Consumed at the May 2011 LEAF Festival (from notes).
A - Amber with a off-white head
S - Exceptional aroma of hoppy citrus. Somewhat floral. Very pleasant and enticing. If only the flavor paralleled the aroma.
T - Good flavor, but insufficient hop flavor for an Amer. IPA.
M - Mouthfeel of an average pale ale.
O- Great aroma and good flavor. Score would be higher if this was classified as a pale ale or had more hops.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours amber from a bottle with a medium quick-dissipating head, with some lacing. Aroma is not terribly hoppy like some IPAs, almost closer to a pale ale. Flavor the hops come through, again not overpowering, but strong. Maybe this is what IPAs used to be like? Good beer.

Bottle. Straw color with thin head that dissipates quickly. Malty with grapefruity finish. Smooth, quaffable beer. Could drink a ton of this ice cold in a summer day!
