had on multiple occasions in Boston, Both tap and bottle Overall, this is a solid IPA. Nothing special or outstanding, but very much on que as far as style goes, and pretty tasty over all. Worth tasting on tap if your at or near the brewery (i.e. can get it fresh).

This is a very mild IPA, but a refreshing change from some of the extreme hop heavy beers out there.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2011 Nice, hoppy odor. A thin pour with a nice, foamy head. It’s a sweet, hoppy, lingering IPA. Very decent session beer.

golden/copper color with a small white head. Hoppy and malty, but not with very much flavor. Bitter on the end with a little dryness. OK brew

12oz bottle. bb 12/15/09. Copper colored, smallish off white head. Floral, citrusy and somewhat earthy aroma with some toasty malt in the background. Toasty, slightly roasty, floral and earthy flavor. Moderate bitterness. Well attenuated. Enjoyable, but the hops have probably faded since this is an older bottle.

Pours very light copper color with an off white head. Aroma has a pretty faint citrus hop aroma and a fairly strong biscuit malt presence for an IPA. The flavor is much the same, a pretty even balance of bitter hops and malt. A serviceable IPA but nothing special.

Bottle to pint glass. Pours a clear golden to light copper. Aroma is relatively mild. There are some resinous notes but nothing that really jumps out. Initial soft head with good retention. Medium-light in body. Bitterness balanced nicely with noticeable malt coming through near the end. This is widely available in my area, and for the price, it is an excellent everyday beer.
