Great IPA. But still falls short of the hop devil.

Very nice IPA, not overkill on the hops.

Not bad, better when you can get a fresh bottle ... then the hops come out better. A dencet staple in Boston though it is a pretty heady brew. What else do you expect for an IPA with the IBUs at around 39.

12 oz. bottle from Greenwich Liquors. Appearance is lighter than most IPAs, almost the color of a pilsener, Head is thin and white. Smells fantastic! Very perfumed, flowery hops. Flavor is highly hopped but not overly so, not tricked up. Beer is nice weight, a bit lighter than typical IPA. This is a very good beer.

Copper colored. Pours smooth. Slightly flowery with just a touch of hops to finish it off. Very easy to drink. Very sessional.

Pale golden color with decent white head. An IPA that doesn’t overwhelm with bitterness, a craze and fashion I cannot fathom. This is a moderately flavorful IPA which is more than I can say for many.

12 oz. bottle. Aroma is citrus and piney. Light copper color, slightly cloudy, with small off-white head that didn’t last too long. Taste starts sweet, turns to a good, clean bitter, and finishes with floral notes. Somewhat bitter aftertaste. Medium body with just about the right carbonation. Overall, a good, solid IPA.

Crisp and refreshing. Well hopped, but I wouldn’t mind more. One of the better IPA’s I’ve tasted.
