Blond color. Nice hoppy aroma, some fudge. The malt body is too thin, there is the usual caramel flavor, quite strong hopping but not too special, just some dry resins. Plain.

A rock-solid IPA here. Sampled it at a tasting while in college. Nice golden color with a medium head. Strong hops odor and flavor. A wonderful session beer.

Bottle from Utobeer. Gold with lasting white head. American hop aroma, a little woody, some grapefruit. Fairly toned down US IPA. Malts are a bit wonky. It’s fine, but as I say needs a bit more backbone. Hops are pretty generic.

Ausgeprägter IPA Geruch. Sehr dumpf, nicht so aromatisch wie der Geruch, echt schade. Schmeckt wie ein durchschnittliches IPA mit Wasser gepantscht. Ich habe gesprochen. Test vom 1.10.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,9,11,10,6,10 - 9,50

Tap at Buffalo Wild Wings, Houston Hobby, 22/05/13. Clear golden with a medium off white head. Nose is hops, light pine, citrus, bitter orange. Taste comprises hops, light soap, touch of grapefruit, light floral notes, hint of pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light hop bitterness in the finish. Drinkable, average, entry level IPA.

Bottle, 12oz, at Haand Festival -14. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma is piney and citrus peel-ish, with some malts kicking in. Bitter flavor with piney, citrusy hops on a backdrop of pale malts. Full-bodied, soft and nicely carbonated, with bitter, citrusy finish. I prefer the even more hop forward west coast IPA’s, but this is a really fine one anyway. 140523
