Pouring from their booth at BCTC. Pours a just clear caramel brown with a large beiged tan head. Styrofoam, cardboard, spicy rye. Papery. Toast and sweet chocolate. More paper and roast. Weird.

BCTC, draft. Large beige head atop lightly hazed garnet body. Aroma is moderately sweet, cherry/raisin, some rye, chocolate. Taste is moderately sweet, milk chocolate, some cherry, light Belgian yeast, funk. Smooth medium body, low carbonation.

[BCTC 2010] Lightly hazy brown color with a small, light tan head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of cocoa, raisins, and earthy yeast. Taste of some spices, cocoa, dark fruits, and light acidity.

BCTC 2010. light malted milk ball aroma. light dubbel like flavor, chocolate maltiness, didnt seem to gather the advertised caraway. ok
