Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A dark amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. The body is somewhat thin.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2011 Sample from tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown with liht creamy brown head. Caramel malty aroma. Flavour is mild roasted malt, note of chocolate. Mildly bitter. Lovely.6-4-6-3-13=3.2
From tap at Sunset Grill. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, slight breadish. Dark toffee malty. Bitter, dark malty, roasted and dry. Bitter and roasted finish. Lasting dark malty impression.7-3-7-3-13=3.3

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Mahogany colour, rich head. Distinct aroma of coffee and metal. Mdeium dry with clean mouthfeel and solid malty backbone. Roasty flavours of old coffee with milk. Salty finish.

Bottled@SBWF2007. Deep amber colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, some hops and slight leather. Flavour is malts, hops and quite bittery. OK brew, but lacks a "moment of excitement".

Dark mahogany color; big head. Dry caramel aroma. Light mouthfeel, light sugars, some caramel, a bit of chocolate malt at the end. Boring.

Dark ruby color, small brownish head, some lace. Malty, a bit troasted aroma. Toasted, a bit chocolaty, malty flavor. Yeasty kind of notes in the aftertaste. Well-brewed into style, but as such not really so interesting although this is a good beer.

(12oz bottle) Clear mahogany body topped by a small beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some molasses, light cherry. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some chocolate, toffee, light smoke, cherry. Creamy light-medium body. I found this surprisingly enjoyable.

on tap-pours a tan head with brown/red color. Aroma is sweet, malt. Taste is sweet, malt, coffee. Good carbonation. Not a session beer, good for sipping one.
