Clear, mahogany colored brew. Nose of light roast, lightly bready. Body is med/light, fairly thin on the palate, uneventful. Thin chocolate flavors with a light roastiness and a touch earthy, some caramel notes as well. Dry, roasty finish. I forget the place we had it at but I am sure he will remember.Dark pour with off white head. Roast aroma and in taste as well. Mouth feel was a little thin and it could have been balanced better. Pours dark with an average size tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee, and traces of hops. the flavor is roasted malts, coffee, and finishes dry. Decent body. Decent brew. Very short finish. Watery body.
