Feb 4, 2005 A beer that isn’t produced anymore, but was actually quite enjoyable. Recently found an orphaned 6-pack at Kappy’s in Medford. Pale straw color with slight head. Crisp taste of malt on first tasting. Smooth aftertaste with only a hint of hoppiness. Wish Harpoon would re-release this so I could get a better batch to try.

Jan 11, 2004 A buddy of mine dropped one of these off for me and said he found it in his closet...and didnt know where it came from, or how long it had been there...Hehe. Clear pale gold. Crisp clean malt nose. Small white head. Sweet at first, quick, light bodied, clean dry lightly hopped finish. Nothing special, perhaps thats why it isnt produced anymore.

Oct 26, 2002 Once again Harpoon put out a beer that I can say I like. This is a beer that the unknowledgable beer drinker as well as the beer afficianado could drink together. A simple traditional pilsner with obvious flavor that sets it apart from the mass produced pilsners.

Jul 19, 2002 Bright yellow/gold. Nice and hoppy with high carbonation. I agree with Volgon, this is a good first craft brew to have your Bud friends try.
