Commercial Description:
A clean, crisp, light golden beer, brewed in the style of a German Pilsner. We use a blend of American malts and traditional hops to create this delicious beer.

Bottled. Appearance very clear, bubbly, light amber, fair quick-dying head, nice lacing. Aroma definitely on the weak side, but has some nice hops, sweet malt. Flavor a little more pronounced, but nothing special; decent maltiness, light grain flavor, little hops, with an extremely short finish that leaves no aftertaste. Body perhaps a little fuller than the average pils. Drinkable, but doesn’t do anything to convince me that Harpoon is better than middle-of-the-road.

Amber color; crisp and Saazy. Good head, by the way. A solid American Pilsener.

Clear gold, bright white head and good lace to cling to the glass, nose is malt, crisp, clean, front is slightly sweet, top light, the finish is dry, acidic, and lightly hopped.

It’s OK for a pilsener. Would be good for introducing a Bud drinker to real beer
