Apples and pumpkins are two of the best things about fall in New England. It was only a matter of time before we decided to bring them together. We combined fresh apples and pumpkins, along with some subtle spices, to make this cider. We left out preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners and anything else that could get in the way of the flavors we wanted.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, golden, with a tiny soapy head, aroma is actually mostly apples, pumpkin and spices there too. Taste is sweet and fruity, crisp and refreshing. Nice cider; very good for this fall season.

Super clear golden coloured body with a pale yellow glow, although completely clear. Aroma of light pumpkins, pure caster sugar, pumpkin pie spice and a ton of apples. Super light-bodied; Strong apple flavour with a light sweetness and a touch of pumpkin pie spice. Aftertaste is sour and lightly tart with a big apple presence and very little else - mild and subdued. Overall, not such a bad option - the apple and cider aspects are strong and the pumpkin flavour is relatively minimal, all with a very easy-to-drink flavour and complexity. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Fairfax (Fair Lakes), Virginia on 18-October-2015 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 06-March-2016.

Bottle shared with my wife. Pours a clear straw gold. Soft tart apple with dusty musk and a bit of cinnamon behind it. Medium bodied, sweet and tart, almost tastes like duck sauce. Tangy tamarind flavor, tart and sweet. Cinnamon, apple, lingering spice.

Pale light yellow color with a white head. Aroma is apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Flavor is dry musty apple with cinnamon and nutmeg. Finishes with a dry apple tartness with ginger spiciness. Bubbly mouthfeel.

Fall 2015 bottle, drunk 10/7/15.
Clear, very bubbly copper-amber liquid actually manages a fair amount of light beige head that slowly fades to cover/ring.
Sweet pumpkin pie spicing in the nose highlights vanilla, honey, allspice and cinnamon most prominently but is actually fairly clean, if very sterile, overall.
Same in the mouth, with spice and sugar flavors and a very high carbonation. All of this residual sugar makes for a sticky-soft texture though and there are some enjoyable moments of actual pumpkin flavor (fleeting, but its there). Not much apple-quality to it; just the sugar, as mentioned, with the actual fruit flavor drowned in the spices and sugars. No alcohol, very clean. Not a total disaster but definitely way too sweet.

Sampled form a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a medium yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet apple with some vague spices underneath. The flavor was tart, tangy and citric with green apple and cinnamon. Medium length finish. Light body. Ok.

From a 12 oz bottle. Light golden body with excellent clarity. Surprisingly obvious alcohol in the nose but not in the taste. Light and crisp body with lively carbonation. OK but not real appealing flavor.

A decent cider, but bland. There's not enough apples and there's not enough pumpkins. Not sweet enough for my taste. Much better than those mass market ciders. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Straight from the bottle. The aroma has pumpkin and apple juice. The taste is mostly apple cider with a slight pumpkin note. Meh.
