lithy (385), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Oct 28, 2008 Very pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is dry, sweet malt. Body is light. Taste is light malt, subdued pils like hoppiness and a crisp, clean finish. Rciesla (1136), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Oct 28, 2008 Bottle from oak tree. Pours a very pale yellow body with a 1 finger white head that diminishes to a thin lacing. Light malty and simple, a note of lemon and honey. Simple grainy with a light earthy hoppiness. Its really sessionable. puggy211 (371), cordova, Tennessee, USA Sep 20, 2008 12 oz bottle. Not a whole lot noteworthy about this guy, pours a golden yellow with a small fizzy head that immediately disappears. Aroma is pretty faint with some light hoppiness. Mouthfeel is just a little too watery and fizzy. Not enough hop in the finish to live up to a true kolsch. This is that beer at every brewpub made for those who really want a BMC but want to get something from the place "that makes it’s own beer". jhliesen (361), West Melbourne, Florida, USA Sep 13, 2008 Bottle--A bright yellow color with a medium fizzy head. A good amount of carbonation lasted throughout the the drink. The aroma was of soft lemon, with a touch of grain. Flavoring was light fruits and some hops with a bitter finish. Produce place. 1.59
