1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Where's the beef...ere I mean, wheat? It was hard for me to detect that this was even a wheat beer! In addition, for a supposed unfiltered beer this one looks unusually clear. If you dislike wheat beers, oddly enough you'd probably enjoy this brew...

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Slightly cloudy light golden color with white lathery head. Mild yeasty malt aroma. Crisp, slightly sweet, well balanced flavor in which malt seems dominant with a medium, smooth body. Some faint citrus flavor also detectable. Dry malty finish lingers very little.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Hazy straw color with medium off-white head. Aroma is mildly sweet, wheat, lemon, faint banana. Taste is wheat, and lemony sour/acidic, particularly at the finish. Light body.

I'm not a big fan of wheat beers, but this one is pretty damn good. Nice pour - good color and head.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not as cloudy as I would expect from an unfiltered wheat. Has a citrus taste, but no spice, as I would like in this. It's not bad, but not that good either.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
It has a wierd taste unlike most beers of it's style. In fact not sure if it is actually wheat beer. Drinkable, but don't go out of your way to find it.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden color with a small white head. Not as cloudy as I would think for an unfiltered wheat. It has a lightly fruity, malty wheat aroma. Light bodied with medium carbonation, it has a slight citrusy flavor and a malty wheat finish. Not a hefeweizen, but still a somewhat interesting concoction, though it could improve on flavor.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale yellow body with a thin white head and good lace. Malty wheat aroma with a slight nuttiness. Malty flavor with a slight lemony nuttiness. A hefeweizen I actually like. Light to medium bodied with a clean finish.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Decent aroma, but there was something lacking in the flavor. It"s not bad, per se, but it could have been so much better. As if it couldn"t decide to be sweet or bitter, it cuts a strange path between the two and never fully balances itself.

Most American wheats that miss the mark do so by being too hoppy. This one misses the mark (as far as faithfulness to style is concerned) by having a fairly boring flavor profile (perhaps they should try a different yeast strain to impart more flavor?). Color and mouthfeel was fine, there just wasn’t enough going on to make it exciting.
