COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
UFO Pale Ale is our twist on a traditional British Pale Ale. It pours a vibrant amber color with a medium malt body and an assertive hop character throughout. This beer is well balanced, with grassy, flowery hop flavors and aromatics. Like the rest of our UFO beers we leave it UnFiltered for more natural taste, a soft, full mouthfeel, and a distinctive cloudy appearance. UFO Pale Ale is perfect for an autumn’s evening, a night out or just a change of pace. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy brewing it! Cheers!

On tap at the Vermont brewery: Pours cloudy amber with a white foamy head. Aroma of floral hops, sweet malt, and a bit of yeast. Taste is a bit overly malty with floral hops, slight yeast funk, Light to medium body, medium carbonation. It’s ok.

On top sits a good two finger head made from an aggressive pour. Under the head is a warm cloudy amber colored brew. As I drink it makes some slick lacing on the glass. The aroma has a nice bready and yeast like character with a light fruity estery note. Hops are light for the style but they also add a little fruity citrus and floral character. There is a simple but nice medium bodied mix of sweet bready malt and yeast with slight hints of hops and fruity esters. The hops pop out a little more deep into the slow finish. Its texture is smooth with mellow yet active carbonation.

Reviewed from notes. This beer was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking amber color with a decent one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. There was some light lacing trying to cling but it ends up sliding for the most part. The smell had a grassy, florally sweet hoppiness over coating a light malty background. The taste was semi-sweet with a decent bitter hoppy background to it. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body and having a fairly decent sessionability about it. Overall, I say this was a fairly decent English Pale Ale made by an American brewer. Its worth having if you ever come across it.

Amber color with white head. A heavy cinnamon smell, also malt and hop. Taste is pretty bland, a little metallic tasting. Not my fave

Pours light amber. Nose is citrusy, flowers with some deep herbal hops and some nutty caramel malts. Flavor is similar but hops are subdued and the malt takes over a bit. Medium light body. pretty meh.

Poured as part of a taster. Golden colored and a bit hazy. Small head with some lacing. Yeast is apparent on the nose, not very bitter at all and just felt like it was missing something.
