COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Imagine a pumpkin vine wound its way in a field of barley, and a brewer harvested it all to make a beer. Add Northwestern hops and a blend of spices, and you’ve got UFO Pumpkin. The malt combination provides a smooth body and slightly sweet flavor, which balances perfectly with the earthy notes derived from the pure pumpkin. And like all of our UFO beers, UFO Pumpkin is unfiltered so all the wonderful flavors are right there in your glass. Cheers!

Poured from bottle into snifter. Pours a slightly hazy orange with an initial foamy white head that fades. Aroma is rich with traditional pumpkin spices. Initial taste is pure spices with a lingering hint at the end. Don’t really taste any pumpkin. Mouthfeel is very thin.

Not really a fan of pumpkin ales, but this is one of the better pumpkin ales in that it actually smells and taste something like pumpkin pie. Good blend of spices that is also not usual in pumpkin beers.

youdictategood (256) - Florida, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Pours a hazy orange, minimal head. Smell is stronger on cloves than anything else. Taste is very typical for a pumpkin ale - a little too light on the pumpkin and heavy on the clove/nutmeg. Finishes with an artificial aftertaste. Not great

10/11/12. 12oz bottle. Sometimes I hate being a ticker. Hazy orange pour with a small khaki head. Typical soapy pumpkin pie spice aroma with a hint of caramel sweetness. Spiced flavor as well, though not as overwhelming as some, with some sweetness and brown sugar. Could be worse.
