3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy orange and light amber coloured body with a good three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of squash, light spices, earth and a touch of nuts - no hops at all on this one. Medium-bodied; Good rich squash and pumpkin flavour and body with some moderate spices of allspice and nutmeg and a good sweetness showing toffee and caramel, all with a relatively easy to drink feel of wheat. Aftertaste shows a nice rich squash flavour, but some light sugars make it end fairly well. Overall, an interesting and good blend of a wheat and a pumpkin-based beer with a rich body and some nice light spices and sugars. Good to try! I sampled this pint on draught at Westside Brewery in New York, New York yesterday on 01-November-2013.

12 oz can, bottom dated BB 15 Jan., 2014, served in a snifter.
A vigorous pour roused a moderate size bone-colored head that had limited retention. Nice, cloudy, orange-amber body. Well balanced flavor with the wheat, pumpkin pulp and spicing all coming out clearly, and a hint of hops too.
Medium-light body is a touch watery and not as soft as hoped.
O: nice, easy drinking wheat-based pumpkin beer.

Average pumpkin. HazY copper, small head, no lace or almost. No perceivable aroma other than a bit of hopps and flowers. Cinammony, with a bit of spice in a rather abrupt finish.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2013 Pours Amber with a short lasting head. The aroma is weak with small amounts of pumpkin purée. The beer taste is boring and flat. It is a very light pumpkin beer with some character.

12Oz bottle. First pumpkin ale because I’m not a huge pumpkin fan. Overall nice seasonal beer and very easy to drink. The pumpkin flavor comes through to me at the end.

Pint at Ruckus Pizza Morrisville. Ok aroma. Sweet. Miild spice. Nutmg. Little pumpkin. Lightly hazed bronze orange color. Small head spotty lac. Sweet flavour. Thin mouthfeel. Smmoth creamy body. Sweet finish. Its fine. Not an amped up pumpin , which is kind of nice in a way, but fairly mild in the scheme of things.
