3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
First pumpkin beer of the season. I could have had one in July but decided to wait until October. Anyways a relatively nice, smooth, easy to drink seasonal. Murky orange color. Decent amount of cinnamon and pumpkin spice in a good balance. Touch of sweetness.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Golden orange pour into the glass, with a wispy head that reduces to a thin ring of suds. The nose is of nutmeg first, with extraneous spices secondary, and pumpkin meat tertiary. Flavors are similar, with spices subtly integrated, very light pumpkin notes, with a dry spiced finish. The activity in the mouth comes from the spice integration, and makes for a pretty smooth pull, minus the semi-hollow palate and seltzer body. Not the most complex pumpkin brew, sure, but a nice attempt otherwise.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Finally a pumpkin beer I actually like. It’s clean and refreshing and doesn’t hit you over the head with pumpkin and spices. Strangely a bit bitter upfront but nice finish. Golden yellowish orange appearance with a weak head.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap. Hazy orange-amber with a lasting smattering of foam. Mild aroma of pie spices and caramelized pumpkin. Taste has more spice than I like but not as overpowering as some. Can taste a bit of pumpkin and gummy wheat on the finish. Near-medium body is tingly with the spices but smoothly carbonated. To the sweet side.

Bottle purchased at Crafted Drafts. Clear orange pour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of cinnamon, ginger, cream and slight esters. Spicy and malt flavor up front, giving way to brown sugar before a thin, semi-dry finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Enjoy by: 12/15/13. A hazy copper pour with a small beige head. Pumpkin pie with all the usual spices, vanilla cream, caramel, and brown sugar comprise the aroma. Medium-bodied. Creamy pumpkin pie, caramel, and plenty of vanilla upfront in the taste. A toasted/mildly burnt graininess is present at the end. Some gingerbread and pumpkin pie spice too. A surprising amount of booziness is present given the relatively low ABV. Alright.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle. Appearance is cloudy orange/amber. Aroma is full of pumpkin pie spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, clove; and a bubblegum note that may be the toasted barley. Flavors match the aromas with some pumpkin flavor on top of the spices. Medium body.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a murky burnt orange with ring of near white head. Nose is surprisingly citrusy with hint of clove. Flavor is not so much pumpkin as it is cinnamon and wheat. Not bad, but there are definitely some better pumpkin beers out theres.
