COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Imagine a pumpkin vine wound its way in a field of barley, and a brewer harvested it all to make a beer. Add Northwestern hops and a blend of spices, and you’ve got UFO Pumpkin. The malt combination provides a smooth body and slightly sweet flavor, which balances perfectly with the earthy notes derived from the pure pumpkin. And like all of our UFO beers, UFO Pumpkin is unfiltered so all the wonderful flavors are right there in your glass. Cheers!

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The color is a light yellowish/amber with a finger of foamy white head and some slight lacing left on the glass. The smell is spicy with some pumpkin in the nose but does not stay around very long. The taste is sweet with some spicy tones mixed with some malty flavor that holding the body together. Some nice pumpkin flavor is throughout this beer but does fade a little too fast. The feel of this beer is light and crisp with a refreshing feel to it. It goes down rather easy and males for a good fall beer .

Pours hazy medium orange, half finger thin white head thin lacing. Aroma cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, grahm cracker, slight clove. Taste grahm cracker up front, pumpkin, cinnamon, soft clove and nutmeg. Mouthfeel medium thin body and medium carbonation, sweet finish. Overall tasty pumpkin beer, all flavors balanced, slightly thin.

Appearance is amber with medium white head. Aroma is some spices. Taste skimps on the pumpkin, but the spices are more pronounced. Overall not the greatest pumpkin beer.

Cloudy light orange-yellow color with a big off white head that didn’t last long. No lacing. Good pumpkin spice taste. A little on the wheaty side. Enjoyable.

Pours copper color with off white head. Malty aroma with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and cloves. Caramel malt start with pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. Finishing with a little bit of pine. This is one of my favorite pumpkin ales.

Bottle. Light amber slightly hazy appearance with small foamy white head, no discernible aroma, slightly sweet pumpkin taste, low carbonation, thin body, abrupt finish. Not very good for pumpkin beer.

Poured from bottle a dark, cloudy amber colour. A nice aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, and other spices. Neither over powering the other. Taste was much of the same, though the pumpkin could have been a bit more prominent among the spices and malt flavors. A good brew.

I would have rated this beer a 4 or more had the appearance been better. While the head and lacing were very good, the color was cloudy and brownish copper. I was hoping for a clear reddish hue. Other than that, the beer had a fantastic taste and a very smooth finish.

Poured from bottle. Nice aroma of pumpkin, brown sugar and spice. Solid amber with lacing head. Pumpkin and spice lead with malt, hops and spice. Feel is somewhat thin and watery. No match for the top pumpkin ales, but ok.
