REDBOSOX (58), Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts, USA Jan 2, 2009 Calling this beer a hefeweisen is a bit insulting, but other than that, this beer is very good to me. Lots of great raspberry flavor in it. The wheat flavor is certainly noticeable too. It’s an easily drinkable beer with a good flavor. I’d love to experience a fusion between a REAL hefeweisen and some raspberry flavor to see what happens. Until then, this beer does a pretty good job. yespr (8540), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 30, 2008 12 fl oz bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours clear and golden orange with a diminished white head. Sweet and light wheaty aroma. Sweet and bitter/acidic cherry flavoured with a mild wheaty note. Smooth and easy. Light fruity and not artificial. Nice one. kamish (92), Lake Stevens, Washington, USA Dec 29, 2008 a very good beer. from what i remember it wasnt too fruity. halfonit (104), Fall River, Massachusetts, USA Dec 25, 2008 I really liked this one! Smells like it says with the raspberries. Color is a lighter brown/rose color. Has a nice raspberry flavor to it which is really smooth. Aftertaste is also nice and smooth. This one almost reminds me of a Magic Hat #9. Good stuff. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 3, 2008 Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear orange with a tiny, bubbly off-white head. Extremely intense but also artificial raspberry aroma. Light body, heavy carbonation, dry and artificial raspberry notes. Finishes dry. 281108
