dlovell2 (112), Columbia, Maryland, USA Jan 10, 2008 Cloudy peach color with white head. Rasberry aroma. Dry raspberry taste with slight taste of wheat and sweet finish. A fruit beer done right.
Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 3, 2008 Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear orange with a tiny, bubbly off-white head. Extremely intense but also artificial raspberry aroma. Light body, heavy carbonation, dry and artificial raspberry notes. Finishes dry. 281108 TheBeerOrg (1402), Kentucky, USA Nov 3, 2008 Pours pinkish amber with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of raspberry, sweet fruits, berries. Taste is thin, sweet, light wheat and berry notes. Thin bodied, fizzy carbonation. Underwhelming, as expected. Rciesla (1136), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours an amber orange body with an off white head. Sweet sugar raspberries, very wheaty, and artifical tasting. Eh simple and plain extract brewing. MiP (6337), Flensburg, Germany Sep 8, 2008 Bottle at GBBF08. Distinct raspberry aroma and flavour. Thin body. Clear amber colour. Hefeweizen? No way. Refreshing but thin. Butters (574), Temporarily in Nashville, Tennessee, USA Sep 7, 2008 Updated: Nov 19, 2008Actually reminds me of my first fruit homebrew! But that’s not really a complement. Pours a translucent hazy amber copper with no head, looks like apple cider. Aroma is quite pleasant, raspberries, wheat. Flavor is pugnetly raspberry, but nice. Fair for a change of pace, but not much else.
Rerate: Color is a hazy rose with fair head. Tart Raspberry finish. But still nothing overly special, except when mixed with their new chocolate winter beer.
