Very smooth refreshing wheat beer. Orange is dominant but not in a bad way. It still allows the coriander to say what it has to say, then a polite nod tells it to sit back down. The result of this peaceful alliance is more like a dance troupe practicing on your tongue.

Aroma like a freshly peeled orange. Unfiltered light wheat. A little sweet with a light refreshing citrus taste. Great summer day beer.

Pint at The Yard House in Hallendale. Hazed and golden. A white foam. Wheat is tasted prominently with soft fruit, yeast, and pepper. Some orange. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small head. Smells of lemongrass. Tastes of lemongrass, leaves, and coriander.

Poured as part of a flight. A bit of lemon and spice on the nose. Short on the palate, but refreshing.

Refreshing summer beer with a citrus aroma, definitely leaves a spicy coriander after taste with hints of banana. Nice and hazy in color like an unfiltered wheat should be. Overall a decent beer to sip on, whether you’re on the back deck relaxing or in a kayak floating down the river.

Decent wheat beer. Light color and flavor. Citrusy with a hint of banana. Not the strongest but not bad either.

I’m just not a big fan of unfiltered wheat beers. This one just feels kind of flat compared to other Hatton beers.

Bottle into a goblet. Pour is a haze yellowish orange with a fine head. Aroma is sweet malt. Taste is smooth wheat soft grass. Finish is a malt spice.
