Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you¹re thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White UnFiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

Tap at Logan airport restaurant. Cloudy amber with thin white head. Aroma of coriander and orange peel. Flavor of orange, a sweet crispness and heavy carbonation.

12 oz bottle witha BB date of 15 August 2014, served in a snifter. Pours cloudy pale amber with a weak head. Aroma: sweet and fruity, with obvious orange and a hint of spicing. Flavor: citrus fruit on wheat bread; only a hint of hops; lightly sweet. Orange peel is more obvious than the coriander and other spices. Feel: light body with adequate carbonation; semi-dry. O: a light, fruity and refreshing wheat that pusheds the orange flavor to the fore. Enjoyed this more than expected.

Overall, not a bad beer, just didn’t do much for me. There is coriander and a bit of orange peel on the nose and palate, somewhat chewy. Good for a hot day, more of lawnmower beer.

Hazy yellow/ orange color with off-white head. Citrus and spices in the aroma. Taste is a mellow citrus with a well managed compliment of spices…prominently clove? Nice BBQ beer, won’t blow your socks off though

24 ounce draft at Yankee Lobster poured into a plastic cup. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, spices. Tasting notes of citrus fruit and peel, Belgian yeast, spices, cloves. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation, crisp mouthfeel. Nothing special but hit the spot with some fried seafood and nice weather.

Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a hazy yellow/orange body that yields a small white one finger head that died within ten seconds. No lacing was seen whatsoever. Light carbonation was seen rising at a decent pace. The smell had some orange and coriander with some tones of alcohol coming out. The taste was centered around the orange and coriander. The palate had a light to medium, with some harsh carbonation on the mouth and tongue. Overall, this is a decent beer, nothing spectacular nothing bad. I’ll be able to finish the six pack but maybe would only seek this again on tap.
