Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you¹re thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White UnFiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

Hazy yellow pour. Slightly spicy aroma, yeast and citrus as well. Slightly sweet. Bread and citrus flavors. Drinkable, not exciting.

Draught at The Three Johns in Angel Islington on 19-Aug-2015. Hazy pale colour with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, citrus and banana. Flavour is sweet and fruity, some banana, oranges, lemon peel and herbs. OK for the style, but the Germans do it better if you like this sort of thing.

Probada en Trinity Place Bar, New York. Cerveza belga ligera, ideal para refrescar el paladar una tarde de calor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

No Head; for a white beer that Should be an easy task! Bitter orange was overpowering and almost a fake flavoring. I could not pick up any of the phenolic notes from the Belgian yeast due to the overpowering bitter orange. I love Belgian whites, and I must say the 1st I have ever pored down the drain after half a glass. The bitter orange taste stayed in my mouth for an hour after. Does not compare to Blue moon or any other craft Belgian white I have brewed or tasted. Very disappointed.

Bottle from Harvest Market, Bedford NH. Aroma is yeasty basement funk. Appearance is hazy yellow with negligible head and trace lacing, no sparkle. Taste is moderately sweet and fruity. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture with average carbonation. Finish is abrupt and a mild fruit/bitter balance. Overall, this is pretty average across the board--light and crisp maybe but not getting a lot of spice.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours a hazy orange color with minimal white head and some lacing. The aroma is orange and grapefruit. The taste is the same with a hint of wheat. The citrus is almost too prominent. It’s more crisp and refreshing than a Blue Moon. It’s very carbonated. The level of citrus made it seem one-dimensional.

This is a lot like blue moon but i feel like this beer hits my taste more accurately. Smooth. Beautiful wheat color and the smoothness a what beer should be. It didn't even need an orange to be wonderful. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Orange. lemon, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Light sweet-tart lemon-orange, coriander and wheat malt flavor. More a basic wheat ale.
