COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you¹re thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White UnFiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

I asked for the most strange beer they got; the bartender gave me this. Below average beer, I can't rate this one without prejudice ! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light citrine color, hazy, quickly rising head which, however collapses just as quickly, leaving no lace. Mild, complex nose. Light body, weakly flavored, smooth texture, short palate. Refreshing acidity, dry with a distant sweet echo, mild bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy yellow color with a half a finger head. Aroma is a lot of citrus with some spice and yeast. Taste is orange and spice. Pretty good, but there are better domestic Witbier’s.

355ml bottle, many thanks to OleR. Pours a pearl white head to a hazy golden body. Spiced fruity aroma. Perfumed taste of coriander, wheat and citrus, rather sweet. Mid-dry fruity endnotes. Medium to thin bodied. Soft in the mouth. So and so (hotel room, Oslo 21.06.2014)

Aroma of coriander, banana, orange peel. Pours hazy yellow with white head that disappears way too quickly. Does not leave foam rim in glass indicating foam stability issues. Taste of coriander, orange. Leaves acidity sensation like some lagers. Dry finish.

Bottle, 12oz. At Haand Festival -14. An unclear, golden-yellow beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma has lots of coriander, some fennel and oranges and pale malts. It’s quite coriander-ish in the mouth too, with oranges and bitterness, and a backdrop of pale malts. Medium body and a nice carbonation level, quite soft on the palate. Coriander and fennel seeds in the else orangey finish. A bit too much coriander here, but still a nice beer. 140523

Bottle. A- Coriander, cloves, spice. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Coriander, cloves, spices, subtle orange, ginger, wheat, hay. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, lingering finish. O- Far from the best Belgian Wit I have had but not completely horrid. The coriander overpowers virtually everything and reminds me of Christmas. There could be a lot more orange and citrus and less spice in general and that would help a lot. Glad I tried it, but probably wouldn’t seek it out again.
