COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you¹re thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White UnFiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

12oz bottle. Pours gold and clear with thin white head that quickly fades to nothing. Aroma is wheaty and doughy with touch of spice and some yeasty character. Flavor is wheaty and crisp with a good bit of malts - bread crust with some residual sweetness - and a delicate spicy hop finish that balances an overall malty beer. Mouthfeel is velvety with a medium body, pleasant texture, and strong level of bubbles. Overall, a very drinkable warm-weather brew. Not much of a "white" (from the label and description of spices, I was expecting more of a Belgian Wit which this is not) but still decent.

Can at World of Beer Tampa Palms. Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a foamy white head. Fruity aroma with tons of citrus and coriander. Flavor is light and refreshing. I could see this pairing well with an outdoor barbecue on a warm day.

With a citrus aroma, this beer offers a nice orange flavor with a hint of coriander. A spicy and tasty beer.

12oz bottle, best by: 8/15/12. Minimal, bubbly white head, comprised pretty much entirely of the abundant bubbles unsticking from the side of the glass and floating to the surface. Virtually no head once the bubbles are gone. Sort of hazy golden color in the body. Sharper carbonation, dry texture. Spicy sweet nose. Pleasant lemony citrus peel aroma. Some hay. Lightly zesty sweet taste. Decent witbier, not outstanding, though.

Tap at Cole’s. Meh. Hints of orange, some very light spice. Creamy in the mouth. Overall nothing write home about. But always something to write here about!

Tap. Hazy light gold pour with a white head. Nose and taste of orange and wit spices. Okay.
