Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summerís barbecue, a night out with friends or any time youĻre thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White UnFiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

I like this beer better than Blue Moon, but it is not as good as the traditional UFO. This might be a good candidate for a good old power hour!

355ml bottle. Hazy golden orange colour with a small white head that quickly disappears. Aroma is really floral and herby/spicy, orange peel, coriander... almost like smelling a bouquet of fruity flowers. Not sure if itís the orange peel or the spices giving it that aroma, but whatever it is I think there is too much of it. The taste also has a lot of orange in it, floral citrus, banana, coriander, yeast. Mouthfeel is quite watery. Not a fan of this one.

Sampled from a 0.33l bottle @ Haandfest 2014. It has a slight blurr but itís not all that far off from being clear. Light golden in color and a small quickly sidesticking white top. Kinda sticky sweet nose at first. Wheat sweetness with tones of caramel and sticky fruits. Not horrible. Grainy taste. Really grainy. Flavors. Banana bubblegum and soft yeast elements. Itís light oily, not watery in the mouth and it has a lively carbonation level. Not mine cup of wit or whatever it should be. 24.05.2014

Keg at Dead Crafty, Liverpool. Cloudy yellow with white foam. Taste is bright, lemony, spicy, floral and perfume. Quite a bit going on and the end result makes for a nice approximation of a witbier.
