draft at pivovarsky klub in prague. effervescent golden wheat colored body, clear. nose is a wonderously delicate honey glazed smoked ham... texture is rich, chewy and slightly syrupy. incredible malt texture, very tight carbonation, the cracked grain, honey and glazed and smoked ham bits are just.... marvelous!

Poured a murky dark apricot body with a medium sized thick white head. The nose is basically smoked ham, a bit dusty. Sweet taste, smokey, nice notes of bacon (panceta), maybe some egg yolk. Light but quite a tasty Czech rauch!
