Keg @ Harriet. Deep copper with a tiny off white head. Toasted bread and red grapes. Mild chocolate malt. Flavor is sweet and a bit hot. Chocolate spread. Toasted grain. Apple fruit leather. Medium body, very soft carbonation.

Interesting to see some questions about what style this is. Is this a traditional form of bock? Is it just something else not ready to a pivot to a new line of work eand experience. Dark golden. Malty, but I was looking for more depth. (on tap at Winter Beer Dabbler, January 2014).

Sampled at Beer Dabbler. Decent Oktoberfest. Bready, yeasty aroma and flavor, with a dry finish. Interesting to call it a bock when it doesn’t seem to be a bock at all.

Pour on tap, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought bread, biscuit, yeast, hints of grass, slight grainy, hints of vanilla, touch of spice, earthy notes, with more yeasty and dough. Taste is a mix of bread, biscuit, yeast, and dough, some slight caramel into grass, spice, finishing slightly dry.
