COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Harriet’s West Side is an eclectic ale brewed to balance the brightest West Coast hops with a prolific Belgian yeast strain. It pours light copper with a vigorous white head. Subtle malt gives way to a fruity, citrusy, and slightly spicy aroma and flavor. Light bodied, effervescent, and seductively approachable.

Forgot to rate this one. Had on tap at Tilia. Will re-rate when I have it again, but it was a nice IPA and very drinkable. Better then I was expecting.

This is a decent Belgian but a crappy IPA. Very little hop profile to it and overall just not satisfying.

Draft sample. Copper in colour with moderate carbonation. Quite floral upfront on the nose, followed by some rounded pale malts, and a touch of plastic. Sweet pale malt and tangerine are the dominant flavors, backed by a bit of dry grass. Moderate bitterness. Overall, this is one seriously mellow IPA... not really my thing, but others might enjoy it.

On tap at the MN State Fair Gold, hazy color. Sweet malt flavor but starts and finishes with hops. Overall a good IPA. I will try more of their brews soon!

Gold color and hazy. Good, herbal hop aroma. Dry hop flavor. Some lightly sweet malt but the hops are the dominant characteristic.

On tap at Cedar Cultural Center. Yeast, fruity (peach). Slightly hazy bright yellow. Very yeasty initial flavor, then strong hops come out in mid, and some honeyish notes in final. Medium body. Not bad at all.

Had really high hopes for this. Served at good temperature with a smallish, thick, cream colored head that soon subsided to an island and ring with a little lace. Color is a clear amber apricot with some bubble trails. Aroma is a nice caramel, hop, fruit. Flavor’s not so much like nose with bitter hop and carbonic tang up front, fairly dry, and a bare hint of bacterial infection in the back. Body would be perfect but the bacteria, tang, and bitter combine to leave a less desirable experience, good carbonation. Finish is like flavor, fairly long, and a bit boozy.

Tap at the brewery. Rating #25. Dark copper, light haze, but overall pretty clear. Very pronounced belgian yeast character, a little fruity with the hops adding a nice touch to it. Flavor is similar, it a light peppery flavor as well, tasty. (2449)

Surprised, surprised at how well I like this. Very pleasing belgian yeast character, nice dark citrus hops, refreshing but with great character.

On tap at Republic. Pours a near clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is slightly sweet with caramel backed by citrus hops. Flavor is quite sweet with grains and caramel with an earthy citrus note underlying.
